Directions for Logging In

You must have cookies enabled to log in. If you do not know how to enable cookies, please consult the help files for your web browser.

Your account has been assigned a default username and password.

For Primary Members - your login is your membership number and your password is the first three letters of your last name (in lower-case) plus the first five digits/letters (removing any spaces) of your zip/postal code, as listed on the mailing label of Roundel.

Example:

• Name: John Smith
• Member Number: 123456
• ZIP Code: 43543

• Login: 123456
• Password: smi43543

If your last name is three or fewer letters long then your entire last name is used in your password.

Example:

• John Yu's password is: yu65451

If your last name contains special characters, they are included in your password.

Example:

• Charles O'Shea's password is: o's32256

For Associate Members - your login is your membership number plus the first four letters of your first name. Your password is the first three letters of your last name followed by the first 5 digits/letters of your zip code.

Example:

• Name: Mary Smith
• Member Number: A123456
• ZIP Code: 43543

• Password: smi43543

If your first name is four or fewer letters long then your entire first name is used in your username.

If your last name is three or fewer letters long then your entire last name is used in your password.
